ok, i got the cavalier wire harness, and hooked up all the wires coming out of the alpine adapter.....what am i missing? i also have a red power wire ran to the red power wire of the cd player.....and the thing is just not coming on, what am i doing wrong?

did you run your acc wire seperate?
if not, that's why you don't have any power to the deck.

you have to run the red wire from the new deck to a fuse tap in the fuse box (i suggest the wiper one), because there is no acc wire in the stock harness.

yeah wtf is up with that, the only switched power in the car that works in the ACC position is the wipers.......thats odd to me....my grand am had a ton of switched power lines
