Is there any way to hook it up, so that when I turn on my high beams my low beams stay on?

i don't think thats good for your wiring.....but idon't know how to do it, but if you pull back the headlight stick all the way towards you, both will stay on

DONT DO IT!.
You should have searched first.
A few people did this, and And blew there bulbs quite quick.
A dual element bulb is not ment to be on for long periods of time together.
The bulb heats ups, And explodes.
You will also be causing issues with your DRL's if you still have them, and you'll burn out your wiring.

He has a 97 cav so no dual fillaments. Only a 9005 and 9006 bulbs.
ok, so I guess I can do it......how do I do it? My buddy had a honda civic, and all he did was ground out the high beam light bulb, but cavalier's aren't honda's......so anyone know?
