just scuff it up and spray over it...
as for glassing the back, you just need to glass it to make it stiff, not make it enclosed.

to glass it...all you do is put like two layers onto the back of the panel. brush some resin on..stick on some mat, brush some more resin on..stick on some mat...etc..etc.
here's mine after i glassed the back...btw my tan was a good match too

Where can these be bought at?
i got tan and my car is graphite, thats the issue, so i gotta go repaint it. no biggey, i got a spraycan perfect match for 10 bux from a local bodyshop supply. so i should just cut some mat, secure it on the back, brush resin on, and repeat? sounds easy enough.

yea, basically.
apply a little resin first, give the first layer something to stick to.
and be carefull not to let it drip onto the front. might want to tape the front to help avoid that.

but what do i apply the resin to? theres nothing on the back to brush it onto without putting a mat there. i was gonna stretch it along the back, tape it around the edges, and mask the f*ck out of it, and then just soak it with resin.
