The final 4 Ohm load bridged across the two channels of your amp.
The amp will be running 2 Ohms mono. That is safe for that amp

If at first you don't succeed, destroy all evidence you tried!

The first one.... but yours are dual voice coils right???? than you will need to have it on a 2 ohm load for best performance...http://www.cardomain.com/item/ABNAW1206T to the right you will see WIREING GUIDE.... go there and it will show you.....peace

If you are running a DVC:

Do the same for each sub.

dvc 4 ohm. wire them all together, both voicecoils together, and both subs together in paralele and you have a 1 ohm load. not something allot of amps can handle.

well you could run the amp in 2 channel mode at 2ohm if it supports that and wire each sub for 2ohm

Can it handle TWO channels at 2Ohm each? Or can it handle ONE channel at 2 Ohms? If it's ONE channel at 2Ohms then I am pretty sure that it's impossible, unless you trade for 8Ohm DVC.

I'm with sndsgood...

you can only wire it as a 1ohm load...or a 4 ohm load.

your amp won't live with a 1ohm load. so you have to wire it as a 4 ohm load.

the very first reply answered your question...and if you still need help. do it like this.

that would be fine if you bought another amp.

However, he could in theory, run each sub at 2 ohm load to each of the 2 channels on the amp. Each channel would have to be run to each pos/neg (ie: Right Pos to Right Neg). Overall impedence on each sub would be 2 ohm, therefore answering the original question.

true..i read the reply that the amp was 2 ohm mono stable. after seeing what amp it is, 2 ohm stereo is correct.

He didn't say what amp it was, did he? I don't see it in this post, but sometimes i'm blind. And, just because an amp has 4 terminals doesn't mean it's two channels, they can be internally bridged, and just put that way to make it easier to wire up.
