I was wondering if anyone has ever had to deal with Kenwood to get replacement parts for a deck. I seem to have lost the connector for it and the trim piece for the front. I sent them 3 emails and got no response...Anyone know of a better way to get in touch with them. Oh its an old KDC-8015 CD Player. Thanks, Jay
I suggest you try calling their technical support. I'm sure you'll get faster response that way.

you can buy Kenwood harnesses and Trim rings from eBay alot of the time. If not your Local Kenwood Dealer should have the Harness. Maybe even the trim ring.
I think this Chris Smith guy must work for Kenwood. Another almost 2 year old post, sorry.
