My car is an '05 Cavalier. I am Running a directed audio 1500D and a Directed Audio 1.5 fared cap ( I know the cap is highly debated) on my stock alternator and battery. I don't have anything else in the way of aftermarket products drawing power from the car with the exception of the Viper alarm. But I am kind of paranoid that their might be a lot of strain on my electrical system. I haven't noticed any problems such as dimming or anything else. The voltage meter on the cap always reads 14 volts or higher with the car on and higher than 12 with it off.
Is my setup slowly going to kill my alternator. Should I go ahead and buy a HO Alt or rewind the stock one? Or is there any other measures I should take?
Well you can try hypergrounding for a Whole $20 at most

If you dont drop under 13 volts when your car is running (during bass drops etc) you should be fine.
You could also upgrade the major 3. Battery to starter, battery to ground, and battery to alt.

batt to alt and your ground system will help. get some 4 awg wires, run some extra ground wires (do a search for hyperground or whatever they are calling it now), replace what ground wires you can see with the same 4 awg wire.
then take some 4awg and use that from your alternator. that will help with voltage stability. if it still dips (this is rare) even with your cap, then you might wanna upgrade your batt or alt.
a deep cycle, high CCA battery helps quite a bit too.
