My freind needs help instaling a tach into his 95 2.2. There is alot of people saying alot of things about it, can anybody help me with this install. He has the tach in the car with power going to it to give it lumination, but can't find the wire to make it work. Do he need a adapter to make it happen? Pleas help me.

well, if the tachs goes down to a 2 cylinders etting no, you dont need a tach adaptor, if its a 4 cylinder tach, you need an adaptor. if you can go down to 2 cylinders, im pretty sure its the pink wire thats in the big bunch of wires going over the trans.
