looks like darkstars old car. Id suggest doing the toons in Illustrator if you have it. Alot more options. Plus its more of a drawing program for the toons.
Looks good... my only suggestions would be to add some more definition to the shadows/highlights... as well as work with your line thicknesses a bit more.
