trunk enclosure design asap

I need someone to design for me a unique trunk enclosure that will house 2 12" subs 1 17" rim and a standard size amp, while still having a spare tire, somewhere in the trunk.
I need this asap thanks. Oh yea, No fg please. All MDF or w/e

why do you need a 17" rim AND spare tires? Just wrap the 17" in rubber and make a spot for it.
