"Boost tuning"....... have you had your 8 PSI today?

select ONLY the painted areas of the car (using the lasso tool) and go to image>adjustments>hue/saturation and move the slides around until you get what you want.

If the car is white, black, or silver, then the methods are slightly different though.

(This is from memory, as I don't have PS installed on this computer, but it's something along those lines)
