I have an 05 Cavalier. I haven't done anything to the headlights. All of the lights work, except the DRL's. They were working fine until yesterday I started my car, everything was normal. Turned off the e-brake. The DRL light on the dash flashed 5 times or so. I could hear the relay click about 5 times as well. Service light came on.
High beams work. Low beams work. Replaced the relay....same problem.
I have seen a lot of threads, but they all involve other light issues. All of my lights work, but the DRL's. I don't want to disable them.
Where do I start?

Check you're wiring and fuse. Make sure you have 12v going to the bulbs, check power, ground and look for corrosion on the light sockets. If everything looks good then you may possibly have a bcm issue.

So, I'm trying to be constructive here. But could it be a fuse if both of my headlights work? If a fuse was out, then wouldn't one or both of my headlights not work at all?

There should be an actual fuse for the drls inside the car. Should be a 10 amp.

Yeah the 10amp fuse might be for the 95-99s only. My 96 has a fuse for it and the gfs 95 has one also.

Sorry the LF headlamp fuse runs the drl circuit on that car. Just worded different. 15amp fuse.
