i have a 98 cavalier and honestley i hate how the cup holder is before this i had an 02 sunfire coupe i loved how those were well i cant rly put a drink in my cav cup holder r else when my head unit flips out it hits it. my question is can u swap place of hvac switches and radio in 3rd gen?

You would have to either replace the whole dash with an 00-05 or do some custom fab work since the 95-99 and 00-05 slots are off by a few inches of each other. That and the supports are different, which makes swapping in a new dash the simplest solution.
