no its flipped. the headlight lever is on the left of thw steering wheel and the wiper lever is on the right
So would the Cav cruise control stalk be able to be installed?
Can the two be switched, I mean is it just a harness that keeps them in, or is there something else that would keep them from being swapped?
i know from my moms cav that the cc was on the lever on the left of the steering wheel which is the headlight and turn signal lever. as far as the toyo cav one working im not honestly sure
What I am asking is can I physically take the Chevy parts, and plug them into the Toyota, IE is the wiring the only thing that connects them, and can they switch sides?
do toyotas have cruise??
seeing those pics makes me really what to convert mine to right hand drive!!
Cruise isn't very popular or necessary over here, so no, the car doesn't have it, at least not that I know of.
their country isnt big enough to need cruise control lol

just convert to a usa style column- I'll trade you- a column for some sedan folding mirrors!!!!
If California is big enough for Cruise Control then japan is too.
you could try disassembling a north american unit and a japan unit and seeing if you can just add the piece on the end with the button and switch. if not, you could get a universal cruise control unit with a separate control stalk for the cruise and try your best to make it look stock on the steering column.

Toyota Cavs didn't have cruise control. Since the headlight stick is on the other side, you couldn't use a stock Chevy arm in it's place either.
You could add the wiring for it... I've helped a couple of people install factory cruise parts onto a base model car, it's not that difficult. So in that respect, you could add it to the Toyota Cav.. but as for the switch, no dice...
