Can you see it leaking, or are you just continually losing coolant? My first guess would be either a water pump, or the head gasket.

Reservoir overfilled? Incorrect antifreeze/water mixture? Air in the system?

Have you tried replacing the cap? If it can't get the pressure up in the system it'll boil over but I think you can take the cap to get tested. Hows your electric fan working?

Check you coolant to see if the boiling point is good. If it isnt change the coolant.
If the boiling point is good, and your cap is good, you have a cylinder head problem, either a bad gasket or cracked head.

have a mechanic replace the head gasket. i just got done with having the same problems. First my waterpump finally went. it was goin from the time on. then after i replaced that even tho it needed it. i was still having the same problem. i finally got tired of dealing with the trouble myself so i took it to a shop. The mechanic went ahead and replaced the head gasket and since i have had no trouble, minus the lil air in the system creating those nasty air pockets. my engine gets hot every now and then but the problem was fixed when the new head gasket went on.

sometimes its not the Gasket, its the cylinder head surface that warps.
