Koni Reds and warranty
Friday, March 13, 2009 9:07 AM
I have a set of Konis that I put on my car back in 01.

The fronts have been blown out for a year or two now.

Last time I checked into it, a guy at Koni told me that I could send them back
for warranty evaluation.

Has anyone ever done this?
I cut the Bump stops as required when I installed them, but I have little faith that they would be covered as I have been driving on them much longer and probably lower than I should have.

I'm tired of the phantom sledgehammer hitting my car every time I catch a pot hole.
And I'm a cheap SOB.

Maybe i'll try a search now

Koni is very good with warranty. Personally I've gone through them twice, I honestly feel they may be a little too trustworthy.

Amazingly if warrantied I think you'll be receiving yellows. Enjoy!

I have to buy replacement yellows, then if covered, I would get my money back.

Its probably worth the $270.
