So I'm finally looking to lower my car, and I want to buy the Tein SS Basic Dampening kit. Does anybody know where the best price is? So far, SportCompactOnly.com has them for $954.97 plus shipping. Anybody know of someplace cheaper?

...Thats the pricing on the Basics. If you want to find the SS for cheap your going to have to do alot of hunting. It took me two months of looking to find a set of new ones for 1200 shipped, you can always check on the org for members selling theirs as well.

true. the tein basics are about 800+ shipping from gravana i believe and the ss from gravana are about 1300 shipped and that doesnt included the edfc

I'm more than likely going to have my TEIN SS for sale, probably $500 or so.
I know I got the SS and basic confused, but this IS my first time buying suspension. It was an honest mistake. Does anybody have any comments as to the quality of the Tein kits? I have just heard of other people with different cars using Tein who like their setup, so I figured it would be good for the Cav too.

I like mine a ton. I wish they were a little stiffer and sportier, but the crappy roads out here and the fact I daily drive makes them great.
