Tokico D-Spec and RK Sport Springs
Monday, February 18, 2008 9:42 PM
I just picked up some Tokico D-Specs from Jason @ Aplusperformance.com and I have a set of RK Sport springs. I plan on installing them this week, and I wanted some tips on install and how to break them in properly. I know the ride settings will be determened by me later, but I am wondering if there is a certain break in setting to use?

koni recommends the softest setting for their struts for a 500 mile break in. im assuming tokico would advise the same...

My dspecs. came set to max. the directions say to turn them down by six turns and set them from their no break in.

The instructions I got where un-readable, they looked like a blurred copy. I have mine set at 5 from hard, and it seems a little to soft. I'll play with them some more this weekend.

Would you happen to have a copy of the instruction you can scan and email me?

i think mine said 5 turns from full hard which is what ive had them at since i installed them and love the way it rides, i've had no reason to mess with the settings yet... and i think tokico says u should leave them at that setting for awhile...
