Just a quick question. Will a strut tower bar from 2002 and lower fit on a 2003 sunfire. TrIed searching but couldn't find anything. I know suspension from 95+ all works but not sure on strut bars.

It'll fit, yes... but there might be other stuff (like your PCM) mounted there already, which you can move or shift to make it work.
