Does anyone on here have ground control coils on d-specs. I would like to lower my car down some more possibly. Right now I'm on sportlines with d-specs and didnt know what I would have to do to run ground controls. Let me know. Thanks!

If the amount of stiffness that can be adjusted into the D-Specs is any indication of what Tokico thought they should be able to handle, I don't think that would be a problem.

the dspecs will handle it fine, but you cant ride around slammed all the time. a little past 2" should be the lowest you should ride on them with the dspecs
Does anyone know anybody that has blown a D-Spec? I'm sure it happens, but it doesn't seem to be a common thing. I be interested to see them installed with Ground Controls just to find out what sort of abuse they're good for.

I was also lookin into the RKsport coilover set? I think the rates are 375F 325R or something like that. I want the car to sit with about a finger gap on the front and a finger gap in the back.

dspecs should be able to handle coilovers but like said they arent meant to be driving on slammed all the time.
Not 100% sure what I wanna do yet. Just kicking some idea's around.

just gonna stay with the sportlines. I dont want to cut up my struts for coilovers. Might consider a trade for struts and coils dending on condition.

is that your car in the pic cause i have been wondering how low mine would be with sportlines
1.7 drop in front
2.3 drop in back
i thought it would make it uneven with my car but it looks to be even on yours........

thats cool well i dont have dspecs i would still be usin the stock shocks for at least 3-4 months after springs but your car seems to be even as well all though i still was hoping there would be less of a gap on the back end but looks nice. oh and it looks like it was raining so null on the car being dirty

You can make it look more even in the back if you find the right camera angle.
But in the end, Sportlines tend to look about the same on every car, plus or minus any body skirts or kits.
