Wellsince i put my rims on i have been having this weird noise everytime i go down a hill and i press on my brakes... like a kinda kraking noise... then i tough it was cuz i didn't do the valance on the rims/tires that was the problem cuz also when ever i go over 50 the car shakes.... well... i went to place4 them to do the balance and guess what when i started to go over 50mph the car still shakes, but it feels like from the reardrivers sidecuz a friend of mine told me that my drivers side wheel in the rear was not moving straigh so i also tough it was the wheel nuts that maybe weren'tt tight enough but they were find so now i dont have an idea of what could it be.... any help pls or any idea of what could it be? thanks...
Sounds like a wheel isn't on straight. Is it all the time, or only when you brake?
Do you have hub centric rings? They ensure the weight of the vehicle is on the hub, not the studs (if you don't, your wheel studs will snap in time... and you'll be screwed!)
If it's only when you brake... then there's likely something wrong with the brakes.. pretty simple
could also be a bent wheel, and yes i have seen bent wheels right out of the box. (i dont know if yours are new or used though)
yea they were new i bough them last year i had them on for a lil but i took them out (snow) and nope i dont have the hub centric rings lol i dont even know what it is... but well i'll check the brakes then... bout the noise... but now i dont knwo what to do bout the wheel u know cuz it moves kinda weird u know. well thanks a lot. i'll se what i can do..
