NO, different car. Sell the springs and buy some that will fit your cavy

Good question. Don't have the answer but they may fit. When I say "may" I mean that GM doesn't change much between cars.
It's a pretty small chance, but it's been known to happen. For instance, 2nd gen N-Body front springs are the same as 3rd gen J-Body front springs.
I would not just "try them out and see if they work". What size round are they, how tall, spring rate, progressive/linear? All those things would need to be addressed before you would know if they would work.
