need help with KYB AGX strut install!

i just tried to install my sprint springs on my KYB AGX struts but they won't stay in place and nor is there a place for the springs to sit in place like the stock OEM.... did i get the wront ones or what is going on..... i'm desperate at this point and need to figure out what is wrong with it! Any help would be appreciated thanks.

734038 is the part # for the fronts and 741061 is the part # for the rears.
Check the box and make sure you have the right ones.
