If you buy coilovers, please don't cheap out and get the coilovers you see on eBay for $50. The only coilovers worth getting are the Ground Controls. With those you will need the Koni Yellow struts and shocks. Or for about the same price as buying the Ground Controls and Koni Yellows, you can get the Tein Basics, which is a full coilover kit. Both options are gonna run in the $800-900 range. And last but not least, for about $1200-1300, you can get the Tein SS's, which is a coilover kit with adjustable dampening and solid pillowball mounts.

Yes, you would need shocks and struts. Depending on how low you decide to go will depend on which package to get.

If you read the FAQ it will tell you the companies out there.

My opinion and suggestion is to get Koni Yellows.

Read the FAQ. It lists all the coilover kits available (Other than Tiens new SS package).
