there should just be a clip on the front of the auto shifter handle that you can pull out with a flat head screw driver.
to get the console out there is a screw under the ash tray door next to the lighter, and possibly one under the ash tray.. then the plate around the shift lever will pop out of the console.. then just start removing every screw you find.. theres two in the storage compartment.. 4 or 6 under the dash.. two around the ebrake handle i think. pull the ebrake all the way up and you should be abl e to wiggle it out.. if not you may have to adjust your ebrake looser to allow the handle to come up further.
You need to remove the glove box and knee panel to get it out.
The glove box has nothing to do with the center console
you snooze you lose!
keep working, millions on welfare depend on you!
yes it does, to remove the entire thing.
Your going to need a 7mm socket to take out all of the bolts.
Your going to need to drop the lower part of the dash on the drivers side, as well as take out the glove box.
Theres 2 bolts in the little pocket at the back of the center console.
Your going to need to remove the radio, and the hvac as well.
also remove the clips and light in the PRND indicator.
oh take the coin tray out and remove the screws down there.
Thats a good outline for ya.
