it comes on and goes off while driving... wtf anyone encountered this before? just tapping the brakes usually makes the light go back off..... anyone have any suggestions......

make sure you have enough brake fluid in the master cylinder. If its low, then find the leak before your brakes go out.
It might not be a leak. You may just need a brake job if the pads/shoes are worn.
How is your parking brake?
Yeah on my cluster the BRAKE light is only when the parking brake is engaged...
Parking brake I only use if its going up on a lift. pads and shoes are still good.... and i dont think theirs a leak, its never gotten low.... ill double check tomorrow though. and ABS should be like really fast pumping right? i locked my brakes on a wet day to check them cause of the accident when i ran into the back of another car the friday before last. well it was like brake puuuuuuuuuuuuump brake pump braaaaaaaaaaaake.
