spring to-do list

Since I brought up my spring to-do list, what's yours?

Here's mine:

EGR Valve
Oxygen Sensor
Shocks
Struts
Catalytic Converter
Exhaust Manifold Gasket (maybe)
Throttle Body Rebuild
Power Locks (get them working right, they just aren't fully opening and closing the locks)
Window Cranks (I know, not hard, but since I know I'll be removing the door panels again, these can stay off until I have nothing left to do back there)
Strut Tower Bar
Sway Bar (if I can find one)
Lower Body Brace (if I can find one)
remote starter w/power lock button
insulation/sound dampening for behind the door panels (can buy new from Gotelli Speed Shop in San Francisco)

after all that:

send out for alignment because of the new struts
send out for body work
hope I have enough bucks left for the paint job!

Okay here's my spring to do list: Mine's pretty short but some items are labor intensive.

1) replace old drivers side manual seat with power rails and harness
2) fix cruise control
3) find the source of the seal leak in my air conditioning system and seal it then...
4) recharge air conditioning with R 134.
5) Remove old deck lid (it's got a very small rust hole due to someone doing a very poor job of installing an aftermarket luggage rack thus causing the deck kid to rust. The present deck lid is repairable, and will be put into storage as we've got one ready to be repainted and installed.

CHEER UP GUYS! WINTER IS DARNED NEAR OVER!!!

I am swamped this year!! Have no idea how much I'll get done, but guess I'll work on what things as the flow goes.

Got paint to work with on the Wagon, the Pontiac, and the Truck. that in itself would keep me busy all summer easily. need to do some painting underneath too as well as the bodies as time allows. Guess I'm just going to try to work on the roughest parts this year as time and weather allows.

Replace Springs, Water pump, Sway Bay Bushings, Brake Pads,Calipers & Rotors on '86 Ranger

Replace Cam/Cam Followers/Compensators as needed plus install my shiny new Cam Cover compliments of Paul , Struts on '84 Sunbird. Car could use an new Radiator and hoses too.

Drop Trans Pan/ Change Filter & Fluid . Replace Struts & Shocks on '86 Wagon

Completely strip down an '83 Cavalier Hatchback and an '86 Cavalier Sedan. (This could easily keep me quite busy all summer as well).

Guess I could stand to be 20 years younger and have 6 more summer months! I sure won't be bored, that is for sure!!

Hmmmmm,
I'm going with drilled/slotted rotors, new ceramic pads, new calipers and brake hoses (all purchased and waiting for warmer weather to install)

Find a Z-24 hood, paint and install it
Fix my (once again, grrr) saggy headliner
Finish my cargo area two-tier storage project.
Re-charge my A/C
Tint rear 7 windows
Possible exhaust upgrade
