I anticipate buying an '86 Z24 hatch this Saturday. Kinda nervous as I'm driving 4 1/2 hours to see/buy a car on auction sight unseen except for photos. Wish me luck!

W/ that in mind-

What is the correct procedure for the automatic tranny fluid dipstick check, for the V6 2.8 LB6 engine w/ auto trans? If my memory from the mid 80s is intact, you warm it up for 5-10 minutes to get it warm but not hot, run it thru all the grears, leave it in park on level ground, but keep it running?
