has anyone that lives in central NJ gotten a Loud exhaust ticket under the ordinance (39:3-70) and had the officer LITERALLY take out a dB meter and read your exhaust noise? If they didn't, did you fight the ticket and win? Someone let me know because I got a loud exhaust ticket and I have court next week. Also, if anyone in the central NJ (middlesex County) region knows of a shop that does dB readings for exhaust? Much appreciated all.
