^^^^^If you've ever rebuilt a 4t40-e you would know. Autos are REAL time consuming to build. I would reocommmend a used junkyard tranny as it would be cheaper to get and install than replacing the clutch packs, bands and anything else that might be found broken.

21204 is Towson, MD, but you can adjust up or down a bit for your local market. I can't imagine that anywhere in PA is far enough away from Towson to warrant much of an adjustment.

$4000 is the private party selling price for a 1999 Z24 in average condition. That is also based on the odomoeter mileage because that is what appraisals are based on. Anything requiring $1000 just to make it go isn't "average". Also the fact that the car is already modded doesn't, contrary to popular belief, increase it's value. You're asking way too much.
