This is just in planning stage but Here is my idea perhaps you guys can help make it better or let me no if it sucks.
As I said before I have a freind who works at the Watkins Glenn race Track he has told me that the date of May 28 from 3-7pm I can use the track for up to 50 cars. I have to pay for that. Whcih I do not mind if we can get enough cars to show.
Or I have a home with about 6 acres land all open that I am willing to host and supply drinks and what not for.
My idea was go to the track race a lil then I live 17 miles from there easy directions one freeway no one would get lost but we all follow back for some partying..
Let me know what you guys think and if you wanna do it then I would need to know about how many will show.. (cars and people)

Well in all honesty, I have been part of meets with over 100 cars, and the meet didn't cost a thing. My point is there are A LOT of places in WNY to host a meet that won't cost a thing. I don't pay for meets, I pay for mods. Thanks.
If Watkins Glen would allow, say hosting of 300+ cars, then it makes sense.
But this is for 50 cars. I've seen parking lots at Gas Stations that could hold 50 cars.

not all street cars should be raced...
ex. "if you cant afford to leave it at the track, you probably shouldnt race it at the track" or something like that...

Actually your not the one paying for it I am so if i choose to pay for an event then fine. I can get more cars if more are going to show. the price he quoted me happens to be for 50 cars. I do not think from talking to other people who have attended meets they have told me maybe 20 cars about 30 plus people. And thats just for the part of going to the track I could care less how many show up for the party after. if you gonna hate then don't go simple as that. if you got better ideas make a thread and post em.
there is no restrictions for the track it will be monitored by one of the workers there. I know allot of people who will be attending just to get some fun times to laugh at because there cars are for shows not race. its not just about racing its about meeting and having fun.. this is what the site is for.
IMO i would prefer a nice place to go sit and chill than standing in a parking lot.. just my .02
