Does anybody in or around Albany, NY know of a place where I can "rent" a garage space with a lift for a day? I gatta replace the entire axle on my truck, and I need a lift. It would be awesome if the place had air too.

Basically, I'm looking for like what they do in the south. Full mechanics garage type of thing that rents out bays that you can fix or repair your own vehicle with your own tools. You pay to rent the bay, and do what you need to do and then your good.

Anything like that exist up here?

I know they do that here at hamden garage I'm about 2 hrs from albany in delware county though

Become friends with someone in the Navy pretty much every base has a garage like that.

As does the air force. I do have a buddy in the Navy, but not sure if he's back yet from his deployment. My father was in the air force, but he lives in Texas.

I was just gonna say, have a friend in the military? Army bases have these too.

Guess I need to make friends with some more military guys/gals.
