The reason is because the NE forum receives the most traffic on the site, without these rules this region would be nothing more than a classifieds section. Posts about meets would immediately fall off the first page because of all the for sale posts. The rules are very simple, you can only sell 1 item at a time if you are not premium. If you are premium you can sell multiple items and you cannot ship items for sale. But im not going to thread cap your for sale. if you were closer id be interested as I think its time for new brakes on the car
