thinking of a new car
what i had in mined 2004 cavy. right now in york i run around with green zx-3 focus and a two toned black and red focus svt and blue v-6 mustang and a red and black svt mustang now i now i will not be able to keep up with the svt stang with a cavy but how will a 04 cavy do keeping up with the rest with a good driver and some standered mods they all run 14.9 or 15.5 and in between and what would you say a stock cavy would run in the 1/4 stock with a good driver. from what i have seen 16.0 or just under.

depends on the trim level (weight) of the jbody.. and if you get auto or sitck.
base model 5 speed eco should be low 15s stock
if i do get one its gonna be a base 04 5-speed and just keep the sleeper look put srt-4 rims on nothing to over the top two-tone maybe . but in a few years i want it in the 13.5-13.0 rang turbo and the only reason i am not going with the ls-1 or lt-1 is there already fast. i am more in to the make it fast and have people go home and cry when i pass them in a cavy, but its gonna take money and time i know that much.

I have an 04 and also run around with a zx3 and svt focus. Cavy whips em in the quarter but the svt has a big advantage on the highway. They seem dead even sometimes
