Anyone have any suggestions?
Im looking to pay around 200.00 for a 2.25 bent. Just cat-back.
Also, I put a megan racing cat-back on my old 01' z24 and thought it was just a little too loud and agressive sounding. Any suggestions on mufflers that will keep the noise down without being too restrictive?

Dynomax super turbo muffler will get you a good sound and flows very well.. it sounds almost stock at idle, but has a good sound when you stomp on it.
As far as getting piping bent, i'd look around at different muffler shops and get estimates, you can usually get them to compete.
Borla best mufflers...because the only good sounding 4cly is a quiet one!

check with oem they have exhaust setups on there site decently priced made to order rangin in size 2.25, 2.5, 3.0 all mandrel bent

i got a turbo thrush muffler from advance autoparts for like 27 dollars and i love the sound its not to load and sounds great and i get a lot of compliments
Juds number is 3302254000. For a 2.25 catback with muffler is, as matt said, 200. I was looking to have this done. Any opinions for exhaust on autotragic? Nothing loud I know, any good choices?

Im wondering how much extra a resonator is gonna cost.
What kind of muffler could they include for the base price of 200? stockish?
Also, the SuperTurbo comes in various "lengths" in the 2.25 OD's.
it comes in 25.5 in and 18.5 in i believe. This is the "shell length"
What difference does a longer shell make? More restriction?
I correct myself. Its 200 for ss catback plus 100 for muffler. Tax as well.
Spend the $20-30 for the resonator plus another $50-60 for the muffler then tell them to make an exhaust for you out of 2.25" piping and use your parts.. that's what I did. Really the superturbo mufflers flow very well, shorter shell will probably be a little louder is all, although I could be wrong.

ive alwasy used Action muffler in Lorain county have done my last cav, done all my DD, gonna have em do my z as soon as im done laying on my death bed and can get out to my car and get it going for the season.
I forgot to say, i always get purchase whatever muffler i want sepepratly before hand and just have em put it on, but i couldnt tell you what to get quiet wise i like a little spice to my burrito lol
