would you sell the wireless modem? if so, how much?
Would like to sell it as a package deal.
...
How much you looking to spend on a J?
And do you mind having one that's mostly built already? (Add suspension for ultimate fun).

Sleeper style, they don't see it coming that way.
^not much. Need el' cheapo beater here. Which the reason why i am offering xbox for trade, And the screen name of "broke status" Haha
Ballin on a budget here, and Until I sell the xbox (or some one is looking to get rid of a J for a xbox/not likely) I am on a budget of $0. Damn lawyers firm and their high prices.
...
Doh.
I've been half-heartedly attempting to offload my J to buy something RWD.
(And this after trading Mr. Pute my Camaro for it....derrrrrr).

Well unless you're willing to strip it down to as stock as possible, and take a loss on it for an xbox at the moment and try to make up some grounds on extra parts..... I don't think I can help ya much. Which saddens me, as well as it probably does you.... I'd like to have a blown ld9. Really like that motor vs. the eco and deff. more than the 2200. Hell a non modded ld9 with a 5spd is exactly what I want. But willing to settle on a motor until a mild ld9 build and swap could be done. (just cam, manifold, tb, header, header back exhaust).
But that's wishful thinking right now.
...
Can't afford to do that, would have to be able to replace it with another DD capable of 100 mi/day.
Hit me up if you're still in the market later, as I doubt it's going anywhere soon.
Honestly, it's cheaper to buy one already built than it is to DIY. I'd be happier with it if I could do the same suspension I had on my old red J, but I sold those components since I couldn't find another '00 Z in my price at the time, and I'm out of $$ now.

it may be cheaper to buy them pre-built, but your taking a risk on a hack job. Personally I like to start from a blank canvas and work it to my style. I haven't really ever seen a JDM meet VIP style cavalier, so that's kinda the route I wanna go. A lot of Garson Interior parts, broadway mirror, Custom Ontaro VIP tables, Dancar Real Camber -3 degrees camber shims on a fitted dished wheel (pullin for a set of works), ect. So camber plates are gonna have to be made for the rear, air ride, toyota fenders, rear seat, gauge cluster, flare mount, tails, visors, leather, mini boso style exhaust, ect. Basically be using my Scion hook ups to build a Cavalier. lol.
I didn't expect you to take a loss. I understand. Believe me, I understand.

Not to start drama, and I'd hope you could just admit such and that you've learned from it, but your old sedan was a huge hack job.
Still serves my friend as a daily as far as I know, but the s
hit I went and undid to that car made me laugh.
I bought it as a hack job. lol. But for what I paid for it, like $1200 for the chassis, and a replacement motor, I couldn't argue it.
I mean, I found a condom wrapper under the seat, and hay in the trunk. It was by no means as bad as the s13 my friend just picked up for the motor out of it. (sr20). The strut towers have rusted threw, the rear shocks are missing a bolt to the tower on each side, the seats aren't bolted down, the ebrake doesn't lock in place so it's held up by a wheel key, if you lean in the seat wrong, you'll get stabbed, it sits lower on the driver side than passenger side, the master cylinder leaks, cut springs, the entire car is tweaked and warped, ect. But he only paid 1300 for it, getting his moneys worth from the limited slip rear and motor.
Here's a pic of it after we got it running again. You can kinda see how bad it is... Thankfully this car's going to the junkers as soon as its stripped and whats left gets parted.
Same with your buddy who bought it. (1cleanz?) The air ride, vis carbon hood, tails, headlights, magnaflow cat back, rk sport motor mounts, and a rust free chassis.... Not to mention I replaced all the wheel hub assembles on all 4 corners. The air ride was worth what he paid for the entire car! Only thing really hacked was the wiring on the headlights... (did it in a hurry, never had any problems with it) and the center bezel. Its not like I sold him a car for $5000 when it was only worth $2k. That's what I am talking about when I say you run the chance of buying a hack job. I know all to well, you can't expect to strike gold on a low budget. I found a good deal when I bought that car. It had been broken into (which was why the door was peeled a bit on the top) at the lot I bought it at. The oem motor had a hole in it the size of a half dollar... I can go on and on about the problems I had with this car the first few months. But I turned it into a reliable car, and only problem I had with it was the TPS went out, but was replaced with in the next day.
But no hard feelings. I mean, you can't expect to buy an older car, for under 2K and not have to do any work on it, or fix something.
...
Never argued the price nor the air-ride.
I argued the wiring, the rear buckets, hell any of the interior work, well the whole damn car.
Hell the front bumper was half-assed, just come out and admit it. Guess if you don't see it, you never will.
Whatever you say man...
ANYWAYS.
Still for sale, and still looking for a decent cheap J.
...
Once I put the new clutch in, I'll have a 96 fire 2 door 5-speed for sale, $1200, also has a new clutch master cylinder, good amount of tread on tires, runs just fine.
Of course I'm in VA so idk if you're looking to drive that far...PM me if interested.
^good looking out, but yeah, not likely due to distance and current funds... Thanks for the offer however.
