i need the intake pieces for a stock ecotec, i just picked up a 02 ls sport ecotec but the motor was smoking and burning oil very badly. After taking off the aem cold air it was filled with oil and mud and lots of other nasty stuff so im assumeing that this is what led to the rest of the motor problems so i wanna get a short ram intake or a stock one instead of using that one. Thanks.
Did that car make it home ok though? without problems?

hells yeah, it acutally got better gas milage then my car. Took about 3 quarts of oil and we got home around 1 in the morning tuesday night. Im hopin if i flush it out real good and get rid of that stupid intake with some heavier oil it may not need a new motor. After taking off the intake you should see all the nasty @!#$ bloing out of the breather on the valve cover. I cant belive that was going back into the motor LOL.
i have all the stock intake pieces i took off of my 03 cavy.along with a barely used k and n drop in.it was only on for about 4000 miles before i put on my short ram.pm if ur interested.
i think i still have all mine but u would have to get a drop in
