i would assume you would need mounts and custom welding, and the computer. depending on whether you are starting with a 2000 - 2002 Z24 or not would depend if you need the tranny. (the 2000 - 2002 Getrag F23 transmission that bolts to the 2.4 is the same used in the ecotec)
beyond that, you will have to ask in the Performance forum, because i have the 2.4 and never swapped to or even majorly customized an eco
