Yes brackets are attached. I also have pictures but for some reason the camera won't connect to my computer.

If you guys think he is going to lower it you are mistaken. The headlights were payment for money I owed him for something else. I can assure you that what was paid for the lights was more than what you guys think he "paid" for them. Before you assume what he paid or the reserve should be you should look around and see what they go for elsewhere. I have already talked to Jay about the lights before he even posted them for sale and am willing to pay what he really wants for them, when i have the money.
Well I for one know everything that you said above, but still doesn't change the fact we would like to know what the reserve is. He still could of just done a buy it now instead, but I just would like to know.
i bought mine off ebay too brand new. agree w/ trd cav fire. know what you mean on how much they are but if reserve isn't met then just start the biddin at the reserve price then.

So bid up to what you are willing to pay and if it doesnt meet the reserve then you probably wernt going to buy them anyways. I know what the reserve is but its not my place to say.

Well just FYI I made an offer first, then shot down for it. Then later was told he would take it. I just moved onto something else, and just was trying to see without anyone paying out if the price lowered. Just that simple. Sorry if that came off wrong.
Its also just as simple as every other E Bay auction. Place a bid. If its not high enough then bid again until you either reach your maximum or win the item.
The reason you were shot down initialy was due to the way you went about things.
Well I'm sorry that you think that I initially went about it wrong, but my offer was taken after another PM. Thanks again for your input on that, but I passed on the way he thought I was being about it. I just simply didn't want to pay anymore then what they where for sale a week before. Plan and simple. We just wanted to see what the reserve was. We just think a buy it now would be easier and faster.
