Anyone that's done this before, I would like some help. My drivers side is going out baaaad.....just today it was super hot out and it would go down but not up. If I put it all the way down it gets stuck and I have to tear off my door panel to bring it back up...

I want to get this done either Thursday, next Wednesday or next Sunday. If you want to make some money and just do it for me, name your price cause I really don't wanna mess with this

How far are you looking to drive? Im out a couple hours from you in Pittsburgh. I do those all the time, and I am cheap.

You can do this. You need a drill to drill out the rivets, replace the motor, and put new rivets in after you get it in. You tape the glass up while you do this. I've not done it, but I've seen it done so many times.

and I've never had manual windows in a J...or without keyless...perks of owning a vert...pretty much every one of them are optioned out

drill, and a sharp bit, big enough to drill 1/4" rivet, and 3 or 4 1/4" rivets, you can get em from the dealer like a dollar a piece or something cheap. they're hard to get though, I can only get them at napa and the chevy garage.
