Was wondering, if anyone here in michigan was gonna go to the lapeer dragway this weekened. Im looking to go, and see what my car can do, since i put my turbo on...

2. know it had a dragway

I live prolly about 30-40 min from lapeer...

I was there last weekend, live in Ortonville.

I go there every so often. Not the best of tracks but you can run as many times as you want and it's a decent atmosphere.

I live close to bald eagle lake, holly is fairly close. I spend a fair amount of time in Grand Blanc because a few friends with J's live out there. Two are turbocharged, one supercharged. I'm sure I'll be going out there again, I believe may 12th or 13th will be my next trip out there.

Does mike have a silver sunfire, recently turbocharged but he moved to AZ for school? Although Mike Horton sounds like someone I may have gone to school with long ago. Not sure..... Anyways I'll make a post or get a hold of you when I go out there again.

Yea, i spend alot of time in grandblanc myself. I don't belive i have ever seen you in that area. The only person i know of that is turbo charged in GB is Chad, never seen anyone else. YOu don't live to far from me at all, i know right where bald eagle lk road is..

Anyway, Yep mike has a silver sunfire with the RK Streetfire kit and turbo charged. I went to school with him to before he moved. Reason i asked was he mentioned you once, when i was talking to him about his turbo setup. But anyway, we should all hang out sometime, so i could see some of the other Turbo and S/C J's around here. And i would like to go to the track sometime... I will def be looking for the post.

I have seen you across the street a few times in the parking lot. What store you work in? If i remember right i think about a week ago you were at the light coming out of the parking lot as i was going north on Dixie...

Whens the next J-bom meeting? Maybe ill show up if i don't have to work

Now your talking about the Kmart in waterford right? I work right across the street. I have been over there a few times, but by time i get over there everyone is gone. I usually work till 8 on wed. I work right across the street. But if i ever get out early enough ill be over there for sure.

Ive never been to Lapeer Dragway Either, yet alone any track. But like i mentioned before, we should pick a day and all go down there.
