Rebuilt my ecotec engine

My engine is rebuilt and back in my car. It took a few weeks but it's well worth the wait. Turns out the quote they gave me for $2,200 for the high performance rebuild was for the 2200 engine not the 2.2 ecotec. Anyway, they gave me a new estimate of like $5,000... we talked to the company and they agreed to give me the ecotec high performance rebuild for the same $2,200 since that's what they quoted... my mechanic put the engine back in today and called us to let us know. He said "I have good news and bad news... good news is I've got the cavalier done... bad news is that it's going to be hard to keep tires on it..." before the snow he took the car out and said he noticed a difference... then he took it back to the shop and retuned it and took it out again and said "the thing ran like a raped ape". I don't plan on driving it hard though, I won't take it past 3500 rpm all winter to let things break in a bit. That's going to be hard as hell though considering with this weather I will never keep traction. 5 or 6 inches of snow on my roads right now (southwest michigan).

Anybody know where I can dyno the cav this winter for cheap?

"high performance rebuild" IS A RACE MOTOR GOES FAST VROOOOOOOM!

You do realize most motors these days need driven a little harder for proper ring seal, but hey not my motor
