Good dealer service department in Hampton Roads

I need to get a software upgrade done on a 2006 G6. The car is available for remote start, just needs a kit with new key fobs and software. The kit is only 195 from the dealer or 162 from gmpartsdirect.com. However the dealer where my girlfriend bought the G6 from won't quote me a price on the labor. Just looking for advice.
