Man, I gotta shed full of Cavi and Sunfire parts. I bought a '04 Sunfire for my ECO swap, and I stripped it before calling the junkyard to come get it. And I got parts from my original LD9 and some ECO stuff layin around. I got mechanical parts, body panels, etc. Just name something you might need, and I probably have it.

Evan I'm not sure why you need them , your fenders on your car are the same as the 00-02 finders,, you just need to cut the turn light bracket off of your fenders on your car. and drill two holes for the 00-02 bumper too mount the bumper
yea remember??? u n me kinda went over this b4 in PM Mr. Stryker... lol... but yea i kew u need to change sumthin with the mount for the lights but the fenders are basically the exact same...
btw... what kinda exterior parts do u have for cavys??

would you happen to have a pair of sunfire fenders that dont have the clips on them for the sideskirts? I know I need a pair of fenders like that... cause I wanna get different skirts than the stock sunfire ones but need to stay with those to not have the holes in the fenders showing... lol

Wow, I need to check this thing more often, lol! Ok, Rob.. I knew that I'd have to cut that bracket off, but then again, my driver's side fender has a dent in the middle, and I dont believe in Bondo when its not absolutely neccesary. It'd be easier to just replace it.
Kristoy, Yea I remember what we discussed in the PM and I figured it'd be easier to get the newer style rather than Sawzall away at what I already had. That and the afore mentioned dent. But the conversation we had was more focused on the fact that my headlights dont fit right at all. And I checked out that site you linked me to, hense why I'm lookin for stock 00-02 headlights. BTW, the Cavi parts I have are the stock front and rear bumpers from the 95-99 Z24, the spoiler, stock headlights, and I have the doors from my donor Sunfire, which I believe are the same as the Cavi. I have more Sunfire parts than anything.
Speaking of which, no I dont have the fenders. Chris Nottke ended up with them, but he never used them. If you know him, you can maybe talk him into giving you the set I gave him.

does anyone have an 03+ cavi front end. i'm looking to do a swap from my 04 sunfire. just thought i'd ask.
I have a full 2004 Cavi Base model front end minus the headlights. All of it needs a little work but if you want I'll sell the whole thing to ya for a fair price.

You do not need bondo to fix a dent.

Ok, lemme rephrase that. That whole fender is flexed. The gap between the fender and the door is all way off, and the hood-to-fender gap is outta whack too. Rather than screw around with the damn thing, I'd rather just go ahead and replace it. Ultimately, I'm waiting to see what Blue's gonna do about some TRD's. I plan on running some 8" wide wheels on the front, and the wider fenders would help accomodate. But if I dont know anything by May, I'll just opt for some stock fenders, and since I already need 1, I might as well do 2 and skip the Sawzall BS with the other "better" fender. And you, John have seen my multi-colour dreamcoat. I need paint!!

Yes you need paint. You also make no sense to me (no offense). You can put a stock fender on and those lines not line up. there is adjustments that can be made. Just a little bit of work over cash, and maybe even some work.hmmmm

When the car was down for the swap, we tried to adjust that fender, and it only got worse. I did some comparison work in a parking lot, and most others line up like that should. Or at least alot better than mine. You're welcome to come mess with them. I just think there's no saving the driver's side. Besides, we gotta meet up so I can get some HP love
BTW, I gotta PM comin for ya... and PS, I want TRD fenders anyway.
