Well last night I had the unfortunate event of getting up close and personal with a deer. I was headed to Eau Claire on 29 at around 1:30 am. I look up, and here is a deer right in front of me. I slammed on the brakes and swerved to miss it, but caught it on the corner of the Cav. Destroyed the headlight, hood, front fender, driver door, side mirror, and wrecked the paint on the bumper. Brought it in today to the body shop, and there is a good chance it will be totaled.

If that's the case, I already made up my mind that I'm finally going to part ways with the J platform. I'll buy it back and part it out. I've got thousands into the engine alone, not to mention suspension, the supercharger, alky injection, audio, etc. I'll tear it all apart and sell everything off. So as long as it is totaled, which I'm almost sure it will be, I'll be selling everything off of the car. I'll start a short list now, but I'll have to thoroughly go through and make a complete list later. There are so many aftermarket parts on the car, it's ridiculous.

Damn that sucks to hear, what would you move onto?

I wish you were closer, Id def be interested in the motor. And I doubt it but if you decide to part the motor Id want the miller pan, and some other things.

How much for hpt and what version?

I'm looking at getting an '87 Fiero GT and swap in a 3800 SC into it mated with a 5 speed trans :-)

I doubt I will part out the motor....I really don't want to do that. But if that's what it comes down to I'll let you know. I could always throw it on a pallet and ship it freight. I wouldn't imagine it costing more than $200.

I bought HPT when it first came out. But you get free upgrades. I'll burn a copy of the latest install...I believe it is 2.2.XXXX The application key, username and password for the online account would all be included. I paid around $600 I want to say...there are still 4 credits left on it, so make me an offer.

I kno a gut that will seel you a fiero for 900! He was gunna do the same thing, adn fyi they are faster with the autos. But pm'd about the long block.

I knew a guy who did the 3800sc in a fiero. It was a sweet car.

The insurance adjuster came to look at it today. I should know by tomorrow whether it is going to be totaled or not. Once I hear back, I'll start getting back to everyone who PM'd me.

I also forgot to add that I have the neon rear disk setup for sale. I got it from the GB that was up a while ago. It was never installed, still in the box with the stainless steel lines for front and back. All you need are the rotors, calipers, and pads/shoes.

I also have a set of SRT-4 rims that are painted black, with a wide lip left silver. They look awesome on black. I will get pics up. Two tires are shot, the other two are near shot. $250 OBO.
