Need some stuff in MN
Tuesday, September 25, 2007 3:43 PM
Hey,

I was just after some things here in MN, mainly just a few black interior panels and little odds and ends. I was curious if anyone had a parts car or anything like that.

I'm located in ManKato MN.

Thanks,
Chris

Chances are... if you need it.... Gmanz24 either has it or knows where to get it. Either way, you really do need to say wich panels your looking for man... I don't think anyone has a parts car at the moment.

Ah, I was just being vague so I could go get what I need off someones car. All the peices are from the black interior.

I'de like to get the passenger side door panel due to a crack and the red panel is coming out. So maybe I only need half? (New to these cars and read the interior FAQ)

The big plastic peice near the windshield on the dash. Mine is broke in two atm.

The little peice that I grab to recline my seat is also a little goofed up.

Other then that, I may need the inner fender well splash gaurds.

I haven't tried to local junkyards, but I rather give someone here money then them. I'll head over to one here shortly, but I rather check here, so I could know not to waste as much time or money.

Thanks,
Chris

I'm assuming this is a cavalier. If so, thats a normal problem. That piece is actually part of the lower dash frame. You'll have to swap that whole part.

Or you can buy this: http://www.j-body.org/forums/read.php?f=45&i=89357&t=89357

Looking to replace the actual part instead of covering it up for the time being.

So no one has anything? Is GManz24 parting out a car or something?

Not that I know of but he's one of those people that are always hitting up junkards and always seems to have parts laying around.. so if your in the same area he usually seems to know where to get things, plus I know he usually has some parts for sale (usually performance or engine related parts). I was mainley just saying that to give him crap/probs for being somewhat of a J-body pack rat.

If you get any unexpected PM's Gary.... my bad ha ha.
