I'm looking for engine internals or trans parts, broken or not. I'm using them to build furniture. I'm in the Chicago western subburbs.
Cool Jeff. Would be awesome to see some of the stuff you build.

I'm currently Making end tables, and I'll be making a coffee table as well. He is what I have as of now for the coffee table.
It's a dodge magnum v8 cam with eco rods and pistons. The glass will sit on the pistons.
Haha I have my stock 04 trunk which no one will ever buy and a bent LS rim if your interested.
Dave
Haha, I couldn't sell my 04 trunk either......gave it to the scrap picking home depot hookers like cheesecake.....I'd he interested in the rim.
Cool deal you can have the rim then. I was going to make a table with it like your doing but I don't have the talent nor the tools to do so haha. I had an idea to make a 3 legged table out of it as well. Whenever I see you next I'll bring it with so I can give it to you. J-body furniture ftw lol
Dave
I have a 15" steel and a pair of Z wheels. They have some curb rash on them, plus I have a '00 to '02 Sport trunk laying around too.

I have 8 bent valves and an old timing chain... might try to weld something up too!
Give it a shot Vincent, grant materials for the builds aren't as easy running to homedepot. I've seen some cool things done with broken parts. Plus gives you an excuse to fire up the tig welder.
Yeah Just hard to come up with something with 8 valves and a timing chain lol.

key ring holder, tie rack? idk
- Your not-so-local, untrained, uncertified, backyard mechanic. But my @!#$ runs
Could make a key ring rack with the valves or an inbox/outbox for mail and bills.
I just recycled 2 LN2 motors worth of parts before i read this thread. All I have left is a stock cam, and a piston with a huge hole in it.
But an ln2 block is a bit too heavy for a coffee table LOL.

Bay....ln2 block is not too heavy for a coffee table..just hazardous to your toes if they get too close.. I've actually got a side job this weekend installing a motor in a jbody so I'll have a junk motor to help make a 2nd end table. Just need to pick up some square stock to build a base.
I found an m90 blower housing from an '04 impala l67. No snout/rotors or accessories.
idk what you could do with it. None of the m90 guys i have asked want it. lol

Hey Jeff. I'll prolly have some parts for u in the near future. I blew the motor in my sc'd so I'll have some broken internals when I tear the motor apart.
I forgot to subscribe to my own thread.....durrr. Matt if you still have the housing from the m90 im interested. Mike let me know when you want them out of there.
Forgot to subscribe. ...again. hahah
Sure do still have it. Buried in my garage somewhere lol

I still have the short block with the blown ringland from the piston sitting at the shop. Let me know!
