Ok one day i let my cosin borrow my 1990 2.2 cavalier RS right. She calls me and tells me the car aint starting blah blah. Claims she didnt do it. Ok when i got there,i went to turn the key Engine coolent was coming out of the block. So i suppose i blew a head. Then i left the car their overnight. Some asswholes come by break out my back window. takes my Stereo, Cds and on top jam my ignition. Later i found out my cosin was driving and she notice smoke out of the engine but didnt stop she thought she was seeing things. She blew the by-pass hose. which ran the car completely out of coolent fast. So i was wondering what be easier whether to fix the 2.2 or change the engine size to like a 2.0 turbo sunbird engine Or 3.1.
it would probably be easier to do the 2.0 turbo than the 3.1. but im not sure, i own a 3rd gen
maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow....... but some day
im sorry to hear that i lived in des moines my whole life and never heard such a thing happening if the car was there a short period of time
