I recently bought an item off someone in St-Louis
I won and paid for the auction on July 31st, however have yet to receive anything or hear from this person since

Many e-mails without responses
I set up an e-mail receipt, however it indicates that he didnt check his e-mails
I got his # and name from Ebay and paypal and tracked him down to be in St-Louis
I called 3 times, twice was told he was not home, 3rd time was pit into a voice mail, however did not leave a message.

I was wondering if anyone might be able to help out, possible confirm that he actually owns the car he claims to have to ensure i'm not getting scammed or ensure it was shipped.

After which i will be communicating with ebay and paypal.

BTW, he lives in the Calverton area
which according to google maps appears to be just north east of the airport;

south east of the I170 / I270 Junction

i'm sure there are alot of ebayers in that area, what you bought might help

I know his name, address, tel #, though didn't want to post it on here to the public
i bought a pulley for the supercharger

just call his local PD and they will go remind him to send the item or give you a refund

Well, i finally got a reply.

Says the item was sent, but came back to him because it didn't clear customs..

And its being reshipped..
I've asked for shipping details.. but nothing so far
So we shall see.

go to the ultimates and find out all of his info about his area, make a threatening phone call, he'll get scared, and you'll have your new pulley very fast. thats what my dad did one time and the guy had the item here in two days
