I have a fuel pressure guage form glowshift for my 03 cavalier and I don't know where to install the fuel pressure sending unit they sent me. Does anyone know?
Show us a picture of what you have, but there's a nipple on the return line of the fuel lines going to rail. It's right by the driver side of the valve cover near the power steering pump. I can't remember the size of that thread off-hand but I know the information is on here if you search for it.

It is a -3AN fitting. Youll have to use a valve stem core remover to take the core out first before you hook up the proper adapter.
