Runnin an '01 Z24 on 1/4 mile dirt track occasionally 1/2 mile in upstate NY,It's an autotragic, but keeping it that way. lookin to build a motor for next season and have really no clue where to look for parts and what to look for...Head/Cams/Intake/Shift Kits? What should i be lookin for? I've heard about swapping the 2.3 oil pump in (What's all invovled?) any suggestions would be greatful.Thanks guys
type in '2.3 oil pump swap sticky' in the performance forum search, you'll get plenty of into.
basically.. for you, it'd prolly be easier to just dump a full blown HO 2.3 in there.
